What types of printing do you offer?

We offer a variety of printing methods including screen printing, digital printing, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), embroidery, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Each method has its own advantages depending on your design, quantity, and budget requirements.

  • Screen Printing: Best for large quantities and simple designs
  • Digital/DTG: Perfect for detailed designs and small quantities
  • Heat Transfer: Great for names, numbers, and small graphics
  • Embroidery: Premium option for logos and professional wear

What's your minimum order quantity?

We believe everyone should have access to custom apparel, which is why we offer flexible minimum order quantities:

  • Digital/DTG Printing: No minimum - order just 1 piece!
  • Screen Printing: 12 pieces minimum per design
  • Embroidery: 6 pieces minimum
  • Heat Transfer: 1 piece minimum

How long does production take?

Production times vary based on the printing method, quantity, and current workload:

  • Rush Orders: 1-2 business days (additional fees apply)
  • Standard Orders: 3-5 business days
  • Large Orders (100+ pieces): 5-7 business days
  • Embroidery Orders: 5-7 business days

These timeframes don't include shipping time. We'll provide you with an estimated completion date when you place your order.

Do you offer design services?

Absolutely! Our talented design team is here to help bring your vision to life:

  • Free Design Consultation: We'll review your ideas and provide suggestions
  • Logo Creation: Professional logo design from scratch
  • Design Modifications: Adjustments to existing artwork
  • File Preparation: We'll optimize your designs for printing

Basic design services are included with most orders. Complex custom designs may incur additional charges, which we'll discuss upfront.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of file formats to make it easy for you:

Vector Files (Preferred):

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator)
  • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript)
  • PDF (Vector-based)
  • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics)

Raster Files:

  • PNG (with transparent background preferred)
  • JPG/JPEG (high resolution)
  • TIFF
  • PSD (Photoshop)

Quality Requirements: For best results, raster images should be at least 300 DPI at the intended print size.

What's your return and refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be completely satisfied:

  • Quality Issues: We'll reprint or refund orders with printing defects at no cost
  • Our Mistakes: Wrong sizes, colors, or designs will be corrected immediately
  • Approval Process: We provide digital proofs for approval before production
  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned unless there's a quality issue

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if there are any issues. We're committed to making things right!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to customers worldwide. Here's what you need to know about international shipping:

  • Shipping Times: 7-14 business days for most international destinations

For large or ongoing orders, we're happy to produce a sample for your approval. Sample costs can often be credited toward your final order.
